The Mandalorian Season 2 will reveal how did Moff Gideon manage to beat Bo-Katan and take the Darksaber from her. There are theories that the Empire destroyed the Mandalorian’s planet in ‘The Great Purge’ and took everything from them. It would explain how Gideon had high-quality Beskar steel along with the Darksaber which could be a great plot point in the second season of ‘The Mandalorian’ on Disney+.
