GoPro Hero 8 Black Light Mod Features
GoPro has already announced that three new accessories along with the Hero 8 Black which will make the usage of the latest action camera more pleasing and give out additional features. Light Mod, Media Mod, and Display Mod are the three additional items announced which will have different release dates. GoPro online store has Light Mod as the first accessory to go live at the price of $49.99.
The best part is that Light Mod is not just an exclusive item for Hero 8 Black and it can be easily used with other smartphones and GoPro mount. It makes sense as the makers would like to keep the sales up because the Light Mod can’t be mounted on the latest Hero 8 Black GoPro camera without the Media Mod which is not available yet. Light Mod pack comes with up to 200 lumens, is waterproof to 10-meter deep waters, has a built-in and rechargeable battery that can run for up to six hours.

Apart from that, Media Mod also contains a directional mic, a 3.5mm port for external mics, and two cold-shoe mounts for other attachments like the Light Mod and LCD screens.
The best part is that Media Mod also has an HDMI-out port to check out photos or videos directly after capturing them. The Display Mod will be the last GoPro Hero 8 Black accessory to come out and pre-orders will start in February 2020 at the price of $79,99.
