Even though the second season was renewed it 2016, the makers announced changing animation studio from Madhouse to J.C. Staff in 2017 and premiered two years later in April 2019. Most of the fans hated the animation style in One Punch Man season 2 and are demanding that Madhouse studios should produce One Punch Man season 3 and Natsume should be the director again.
Let’s say if that happens somehow, it will still take a minimum of one or two years to animate the manga chapters into anime and come up with the third season. There is no way One Punch Man season 3 releases in 2020, it will take 2021 to be earliest or even 2022 to make it better.
