Alita will Reach the Zalem City in the Sequel
Alita sequel would surely show the city of Zalem given the plot of the first movie revolved around reaching there and the struggles related to it. The only way to reach Zalem is to win the motorball tournament and when Alita’s love interest Hugo tried to climb the cables, he died after falling down from the sky.
It is when Alita decides to compete in the game again and becomes the champion and raised her sword towards the Zalem city at the end of the original Battle Angel movie. The scene was followed by a brief appearance of Edward Norton’s character Nova revealed to be the mastermind behind everything bad that happened with Alita.
There are also theories that Alita: Battle Angel 2 will have flashback scenes exploring more of her life as a powerful army fighter. Alita’s past life has been hinted in short montages and fans might finally get to see her full backstory in the sequel to Alita.
