Panera Bread, Taco Bell, Panda Express and Chick-fil-A are some of the fast-food chains that will remain open on Tuesday. The New York Stock Exchange will remain open on Tuesday, December 31. Nasdaq trading will also remain open.
Meanwhile, the Bond markets will get closed at 2 p.m. on the last day of this year. All the Motor Vehicle Commission offices, state offices, and courts will be open as the next federal holiday lies on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
