The variety on Friday declared that the couple sold out their oceanfront retreat for $23 million, just $1 million less than what they asked for. The Talkshow host and her wife bought the house for $18.6 million in October of 2017. Hence, the duo has made a profit of $4.4 million from the deal of their beach villa.

Compass broker Suzanne Perkins Andy Riskin Partners Group at Village Properties took the charge of marketing the sale. Moreover, the Ellen DeGeneres’s exclusive property was taken over by makeup tycoon Jamie Kern Lima and husband Paulo Lima. The couple cleared the payment in cash.
Jamie and Paulo initiated IT Cosmetics in 2008. However, L’Oreal took over the brand in 2016 paying $1.2 billion yet Jamie continues to be the CEO. Further Paulo is majorly talked about for his appearance in ‘Big Brother’ and his role in Baywatch in the 1990s.
