This week, New Idea printed a deceptive headline about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. It was claimed that after the split, they have been torn apart. It suggests that the pair is on the verge of getting a divorce.

Nevertheless, looking closely, it seems that the Cambridges aren’t separating regarding their relationship but their royal duties once they resume working officially.

Taking Over Duties Of Prince Harry And Meghan

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced to leave The Firm in January. Though they wanted to continue with their royal duties, Queen Elizabeth did not allow. Hence, as per New Idea, Prince William and Kate Middleton could begin to cover for the royal engagements that Prince Harry and Meghan cannot do.

Royal expert Ingrid Seward told The Sun that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge must feel bound to reassure the public after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s shocking exit from the royal family, as reported two months ago.

They have the highest-profile and want to use it for the benefit of the monarchy. And this has to be seen as being a comfort to people at this time,” Ingrid said.

Seward added that the Cambridges cleared it to the public about them performing more duties.

“I think they are sending the message that they can do it on their own without the support of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. I get the impression that the Cambridges are far more relaxed and comfortable since Meghan and Harry left,” she added.
