As reported by E! News, Scott and Sofia have parted ways after seeing each other for 3 years. “They are technically ‘split’ but Sofia has been in touch with Scott” says a source.
Furthermore, the source discloses “There wasn’t a fight or anything bad that happened between them,” Sofia wants to “do her own thing” whereas Scott “take[s] care of his health.”
Why The Breakup?
The source explains the situation between the pair, “Sofia thinks Scott has a lot on his plate right now and thinks it’s best for them to be apart so he can focus on himself. She is only looking out for him and his best interest and it was primarily her decision for them to split. Sofia has been spending time with her family and has taken majority of her stuff out of Scott’s house,”

Though, the pair has broken up several times and will get back together. Supposedly, “it’s very likely they will reconcile” shortly.
This came out after Scott’s birthday celebration with the Kardashian clan. While they had a nice time together and relished the customary Hansens cake, Sofia wasn’t a part of the celebration.
Fighting Mental Health Issues
Recently, the duo has tried to make things work out as Scott calls out for help with his mental health issues. Inside information was that “They are definitely still spending time apart for now,” Also that, “Sofia wants to make sure Scott gets the help he needs before they can be in a healthy relationship but they aren’t completely calling it quits just yet.”

It is heard that Scott wants to get into a treatment facility but isn’t rushing as unlike the previous one, he would like to search for a “reliable” center for his stay.
For the time being, Scott is open to the support of ex Kourtney Kardashian. They traveled to Amangiri this weekend.
