Parasite TV show is something the Korean filmmaker Boog Joon Hoo himself has planned but couldn’t make due to time limitations. There were so many ideas about the story and details for the smallest scenes, which Joon Hoo had no means to include in a two-hour movie.
It simply means that Parasite TV series can be the retelling of the same story with certain elements added to it and maybe set up in a different country.
