Sony PlayStation 5 and Microsoft Xbox Scarlett are the upcoming gaming consoles that are set to hit the stores in 2020. Both of them are laced with the latest technology, will have the next-gen console features and offer incredible gaming experience.
At a minimum Microsoft’s strategy to include current gen hardware w/ next gen won’t help game development for Xbox Scarlett at any level. Sony’s strategy to excluded current gen hardware w/ next gen won’t hurt game development for PS5 at any level. Nothing else needs to be said.

Sony PlayStation 5 is a properly planned product which is taking enough time to get things right, whereas Microsoft is just rushing with Xbox Scarlett to stay in the competition. It is evident from the fact that there is no fixed name for the upcoming Xbox, people are referring to it as Xbox 2, Xbox 2020, Xbox Scarlett or even Xbox Two whereas Sony has registered titles from PS5 to PS10 already.
