Conor McGregor vs Donald Cerrone is all set to headline the UFC 246 PPV. This was a fight that many people saw coming even before it was made official, primarily because Cerrone fits the bill for McGregor’s return opponent just right: popular, but no match for him in the Octagon. However, the focus is more on McGregor’s next fights than on McGregor vs Cerrone. Here’s a closer look at who The Irishman is going to face next after the Cowboy.

UFC 246: Who Wins Conor McGregor vs Donald Cerrone?
Conor McGregor vs Donald Cerrone is going to be a very one-sided bout in the favour of Conor. There is just no stopping him against someone like Cowboy, who is a major name in the UFC but hasn’t really been the performer that he used to be. Having lost out to Justin Gaethje in the first round, Cowboy has lost a lot of steam and Conor McGregor is looking forward to defeating him in a similar fashion.

Betting odds for this match state that Conor McGregor is currently favored to win the match 3 to 1. Simply speaking, there’s no way that Conor’s going to lose this one and there’s even doubt if this will go all five rounds.

McGregor vs Masvidal and McGregor vs Khabib After UFC 246
Image: SCMP
Conor McGregor’s next two opponents (at least as per him) are Jorge Masvidal, as he had already expressed interest in facing the winner of UFC 244 main event, and Khabib Nurmagomedov. While we might get to see Conor McGregor vs Jorge Masvidal at UFC 250, Khabib vs McGregor continues to be a distant afterthought because Khabib isn’t really keen on giving Conor another shot at him.
