Kyoto Animation Studio set to fire by a 41-year-old man, apparently shouting “Drop dead” and “Die”. The fire engulfed lives of 33 people which is reported as of now.

KyotoAni or Kyoto Animation Studio came to life in 1981. It was founded by an animation producer named Yoko Hatti. It has given out some terrific shows like “K-On” and “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya”.
Moreover, KyotoAni gave out an independent feature anime named A Silent Voice in 2016. Furthermore, KyotoAni has also produced graphic novels centring the lives of school-going teens.

A total of 70 people were there in the main studio, Kyoto Animation Studio when the attack took place. It has been the worst of mass killing incidents in a span of 20 years. The attack at Kyoto Animation Studio happened around 10:30 am local time on Friday as per sources.

The suspect is not identified as yet. Moreover, he is currently under treatment in a hospital in Kyoto. His links with the Kyoto Animation Studio are still a mystery. However, 20 women are dead in the attack as claimed by Washington Post.
Japan Times has announced the death of almost a dozen people. Further, stating that bodies laid throughout the building. With 4 found at the staircase and 11 on the second floor.

KoyotiAni had a huge fan base not just in Japan but worldwide. The news sent chills down everyone’s spine. Also, a GoFundMe campaign was initiated to help KyotoAni in its hard times.
And a massive amount of $300,000(£240000) was raised in just six hours. Fans also took to their social media expressing shock and sympathy on the incident.
Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe also took to Twitter to pass his condolences to the victims. All that has happened took a toll on Japan.
