Revenge Body is a reality TV series hosted by Khloe Kardashian that kicked off on E! Cable Network, on 12th January 2017. The series of six episodes gives a makeover to two contestants in a single episode. The contestants go through a period of drastic change both on the inside and out. Moreover, physical trainers and stylists lead them through their transformation journey.

On 18th April 2017, E! Network gave Khloe Kardashian show a renewal with a season 2 which made it to the screens on 7th January 2018. The show has been such a success that the fans got a season 3 too that are still running.

But so to say, the star looks to be moving on in life and entering into new endeavors one of which is Revenge Body.
What does Revenge Body Trainers think?

Well, our successful show trainers recently had a two-day event on the eve of Propel Co: Lab Fitness Festival. The event went around heart-pumping exercises, live music performances and instructive opportunities related to wellness.
Also, Luke Milton, Gunnar Peterson, Simone De La Rue and Harley Pasternak imparted advice to the fans on how to staying motivated through their transformation journey.

Peterson also shared how important it is to not kill yourself for having cheat days and be little light on your own self. Further, Milton added how being confidence would make the transformation road better for you. De la Rue also stressed how staying positive will make the change an all-around one.
Well, the show’s running awesome and now I guess the tips given by the trainers would help the fans to lose a pound or so.
